Nahargarh fort -:
Nahargarh fort situated on the edge of Aravalli hill , it is a historical landmark of rajasthan , overlooking the jaipur city . Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II built it in 1734 and initially named it “Sundarshangarh.” Later, the name changed to “Nahargarh,” meaning “abode of tigers.” According to local folklore, the name came from Prince Nahar Singh Bhomia, whose restless spirit allegedly haunted the area and prevented construction from starting until the builders constructed a temple in his honor. It was the most famous fort in Jaipur .
The location provided such a beautiful view of jaipur especially at sunrise and sunset . Now Nahargarh attracts a large volume of tourists for its history , scenic beauty , and peaceful atmosphere that is far from the hustle of the city .Many suites in this fort are connected by corridors. 2) Jaigarh fort -:
It is an excellent defence wall atop aravalli hill with a view overlooking amber fort and jaipur city .Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II built it in 1726, using redstone for the structure. They constructed it as a defensive fortification to protect Amber Fort and the surrounding area.
The best known part is its canon foundry. It is famous for the jaivana canon , considered as the largest canon in the world.
The fort has an underground tunnel to the amber fort because Jaigarh fort was the very nucleus of defence for the region . It was a great attraction because of their architecture . People also call it Cheel ka Teela, meaning “Hill of Eagles.”

3) Moti Dungri Fort -:
Moti Dungri Fort sits on a small hill in Jaipur.Sawai Man Singh II renovated Moti Dungri Fort to resemble a Scottish castle. Maharani Gayatri Devi spent more time in the fort. They do not allow the public in this private residence.This is royal palace of Sawai Man singh Ⅱ .It was fort of Jaipur , it was famous fort . This fort also houses a temple. It is surrounded by temples, including the famous Ganesh Ji Temple and Birla Temple. It has unique architecture , it always remains an iconic part of jaipur for its architectural and historical heritage .
4) Kanota fort :-
Kanota fort was situated near Jaipur , Kanota fort is one of the historical heritage sites in Rajasthan . This fort was built around 1872 by Thakur Zorawar Singh , he belongs to a prominent royal family . Kanota fort is unique due to its historical and architectural features , which makes it a centre of attraction . Most of the forts of Jaipur were built in Rajputana style and was the top fort in Jaipur .
This fort design like Rajputana style like big bastons , great doors , and big courtyards . Inside the fort there are fountains and beautiful gardens which makes it more beautiful . In the fort room and hall there is royal furniture , paintings , traditional and historical decorative items that you can see , which gives royal rajputana and traditional historical vibe .

5) Bhangarh Fort -:
Bhangarh Fort was situated in Alwar state of Rajasthan , it was the most suspicious and haunted place in India . The fort was built in the 16th century by King of Amer Bhgvant singh for his younger son Madho singh . The Fort is surrounded by the Aravali hills which makes it very attractive but it is more famous for haunted stories about this fort which makes it more special .
About Bhangarh fort there has so many famous stories , but the Tantrik Sanghiya is more famous . It said that Tantrik Sanghiya , fascinated by Princess Ratnavati , tried to cast a spell on her . The princess found this trick and she reversed the spell . After this incident , the tantrik cursed the entire fort while dying that all people living here would soon die and their souls would wander here . For this reason , Bhangarh fort is still seen as a cursed fort . It was the top fort , and it also counted in forts of Jaipur .
It said that entry inside the fort after sunset is prohibited . The Archaeological survey of India (ASI) has also prohibited entry into the area at night , and believes in the sounds and acts .
Bhangarh fort has a temple and palace and havali now which were ruined . For their haunted stories which makes it a more attractive place .
